Horseback Riding
There are many ways to ride a horse, as our specialists well know, with
its courses covering anything from jumping obstacles, galloping or horse-style
ride to classes for beginners. There are more than enough equestrian children
centers, being on one of the most beautiful places in Europe…Athens,
Greece.
Courses for all levels & "a la carte" at our selected clubs.
Horse riding courses are offered from beginner to competition.
Courses for adults & teenagers from age 8 and onwards beginners start
off with private lessons of ½ an hour each until the instructor
considers them adequately independent.
Then they join the group lessons (5 persons max). The lessons are always
given under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
Some hours a week, the horses and the facilities are available for riding
for the disabled. Volunteer helpers for the horses and riders are very
welcome!
-Some weekends during the riding school year,
lessons will be cancelled due to competitions that are organized at the
club. You will be informed in advanced.
-If due to bad weather conditions that the lessons are cancelled, there
will be theoretical instead (horse/pony care, stable management, etc...)

Drive to Corinth Canal which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea
(short stop). Visit the Ancient Town of Corinth where St. Paul lived and
preached for two years. Agora (market place) and Apollo's Temple (6th
century B.C.) clearly show how rich and important Corinth was in Ancient
Times. A short stop at the Site of the Ancient Port of Cehries, where
St. Paul disembarked, will conclude the visit. Return to Athens in time
for lunch.
1 DAY CRUISE TO POROS-HYDRA- AEGINA $116 usd pp
(Daily Service all year) Transfer by motorcoach from Athens to Flisvos
Marina and embark on the cruise ship. Sail for the island of HYDRA. In
Hydra you have time at leisure for strolling, shopping or swimming. In
the early afternoon sail for the island of AEGINA, passing through the
narrow strait separating the Peloponnesian coast from the island of POROS.
Lunch is served after sailing. Short visit of Poros. Upon arrival in Aegina
you can either join the excursion to the Temple of Aphaia (optional) or
walk around the main town. Finally, re-embark for the sail back to Flisvos
Marina. Arrival and transfer to Athens.
