1) We do have
extensive detailed programs for many countries in the world (6 Continents),
ie. 50 pages on Costa Rica, 15 pages on the Czech Republic, Germany,
Spain, Indochina, Argentina, etc.
2) Essentially,
we will give you, our client; an initial quote based on existing tariffs
and brochures we have on hand and in our system.
3) If your
clients require a quotation for F.I.T. programs we do not have on
hand and we have to research, we will require a non-refundable "Plan
to Travel" fee of $50-$100 for processing (depending on the
time of work involved). This will go towards the deposit or final payment"
(see enclosed Credit Card Authorization Form). We kindly ask you to
complete the above FIT Request Form and fax it back to our office. ONLY
then will we proceed with your request.
4) For customized
groups, a non-refundable "Plan to Travel" fee of $50 to $250
is required (depending on research and time involved).
This will
go towards the deposit or final payment. At the same time, the enclosed
GROUP Request form must be completed and faxed back to our office before
we can proceed with the request.
5) A minimum
of 3 nights is required for hotel bookings. If less than 3 nights
are booked, a $40 service fee will apply (credit card only).
6) For land
packages under $750.00 a service fee of $50.00 per booking will apply
(credit card only).

GTA Tour Director accompany the group from start to finish ensuring
smooth operation and maximum service levels. This should always be the
case unless the group has its own "leader" with specific experience,
knowledge, and language for leading groups. If cost savings is your
goal, we can save monies by having the first & last destinations
"locally hosted" instead of having the Tour Director for those

SIGHTSEEING
-Local guides will be included according to local laws

include all of those which are "musts" for your group.
-Tour Escorts will undertake all other guiding unless special knowledge
or in-depth guiding is required for your group. Is in-depth local guiding

We recommend tips not be included, as tips on the spot promote service.
